8 Weeks

Our lil' man is 8 weeks already! Wednesday he will be 2 months old. Time sure does fly! Almost 2 weeks ago he was at 10lbs 11 oz He goes for his check up June 2nd so we shall see how much more he's grown!

Long over due!

As you all know we've had a pretty eventful week. Keep praying for Sean, hes got a long road ahead of him.

Lets see.. Thusday before the accident, Hudson & I spend the day at the Doctors & Hospital.. He woke up that morning and felt warm I checked his temp by ear and it was 100.4 I called the nurse and being as hes so little they wanted to check him out. Once we got there he no longer had a fever and never had it again. They did find a double ear infection, but had to be sure there was nothing else going on. We had to do blood work, and wait there for the results. He said that most of the time its a 2 day hospital stay being that little, but since they found the ear infection he was thinking that was the problem and didn't want to make Huds suffer more than he had to.. so since the blood work was normal there was no reason to make us stay. We got medication and I believe he fine. I would have never known he had an ear infection he as SO good. Other than he felt warm when I picked him up seriously it would have went untreated.

Brady's 1st birthday

Sunday Karl took me to GA to the mall. :) We went up early ate breakfast on the way and were home at about 5pm.

When we got home Sean was actually here. He left here at 5:45 or so.. then 9:30 we got the phone call from Dan Hoard.. yikes! Karl then went up to the site, then came back to pick me up. Austin & Lacey came to stay with our kids & my brother Matt drove us. We headed out toward spartanburg and got a call that no he was airlifted to Greenville. We stayed at the hospital till 6 am Monday morning.. Hospital chairs aren't comfortable incase you didn't know.. :) And that started our week.. and we've been there every day since then.

Hudson has been getting to meet more and more family! :) Ross & Raelene with kids along with Lyan & Taran came down for a visit. Then Amber & Ethan came for a quick visit as well! We love company :) *hint hint*

One Month

Hudson was one month last Monday April 26th time sure does fly! Wow! He went to the doc on Tuesday hes looking good. He is 9 lbs 12.5 oz 22 1/4 inches and his head is 15 inches. Hope everything goes well and we will go back at 2 months! :)

Hudson has still been a VERY good baby! He is starting to get spoiled being held so much, but oh well hey? They are only little once! ;)
