Before it was lit ( I didn't get an after)We went to the Greer tree lighting at the brand new city hall. (which is where Cassie is getting married) Its just gorgeous! The program was better this year, the 2007& 2008 Greer Idols sang. (They hold a Greer Idol, like American Idol every summer) The dance class did a dance, the Greer 6th & 7th grade chorus sang, Miss greater Greer talked & the Mayor counted down to the tree being lit! It was fun other than it being SO cold!! Santa sat a few feet away Madison liked looking at him and talking about him until someone suggested she go see him and then she'd get a little nervous!
